Terms of Service

By accessing or using any XenithPulse product or website, you agree to these terms together with any product-specific terms that apply. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

Across every product, you agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
• Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to access a product or its backend without authorisation.
• Share account credentials or permit another person to use your account.
• Use a product to violate any law or regulation, or to infringe any third-party right.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to a product, its backend, or associated systems.

All software, designs, and content are owned by XenithPulse Software or its licensors. Using a product grants you a limited right to use it under the applicable terms; it does not transfer any ownership.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Liability caps and warranties for paid B2B products are set in the signed contract for that product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of habitual residence (including, where applicable, the European Union and the United Kingdom).

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, with exclusive venue in the Courts of Doha, Qatar — except that XenithPulse Software may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information. Without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of habitual residence (including, where applicable, the European Union and the United Kingdom).

EOS Companion is intended for authorised users of an EOS tenant workspace who are 18 or older (or using the app on behalf of a business). Subject to your compliance with these terms, XenithPulse Software grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, solely to access the workspace you are authorised to use.

You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly on WhatsApp +974 55911793 if you become aware of any unauthorised use or suspected security incident.

EOS Companion is provided “as is” and “as available”. The free companion app does not carry a service level agreement. We may perform maintenance, deploy updates, and adjust features at any time; continuous availability is not guaranteed.

You may terminate your account at any time via /account-deletion. XenithPulse Software may suspend or terminate access for breach, abuse, security risk, or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination continue to apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total aggregate liability arising from the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the preceding 12 months. As EOS Companion is free, that amount is USD 0. The general disclaimers and governing-law terms in the Company tab also apply.

XenithPulse Software grants the customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access Banquet ERPfor its internal business operations, for authorised users provisioned by the customer's administrator, for the duration of the subscription.

B2B web ERP for banquet halls and event venues. Licensed to organisations per tenant.

Availability targets, support response times, and any service credits are set in the contract. Planned maintenance and updates may be applied as described there.

Fees, billing cadence, and renewal terms are set in the order form. XenithPulse Softwareretains all intellectual property in the software; the customer retains ownership of its own tenant data. Each party protects the other's confidential information under the contract.

Liability caps, warranties, term length, renewal, and termination rights are defined in the contract and prevail over the general caps in the Company tab. On termination, tenant data is exported or returned and then deleted per the agreement.

XenithPulse Software grants a limited, revocable licence to install and run Thermal Printer Service on machines you own or control. You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse engineer it except where permitted by law.
