AI engineering · shipped in production
Production AI,
engineered.
LLM agents, retrieval, and production ML — shipped inside real applications, by the team that runs 5 SaaS products in production.
Contracts from $120 USD/hr · 4-hour paid trial, credited against the first invoice.
Trusted in production
Quietly running operations across six industries.
We work under NDA, so no logo wall — but this is the ground our shipped products and AI work already cover.
- Hospitality & Events
Banquet halls, wedding venues, F&B operators
- Retail & E-commerce
Storefront, B2B, omnichannel back office
- Food & Beverage
Restaurant POS, kitchen displays, terminals
- Education
Academic and administrative ERP
- Operations & Finance
Lead → invoice, reconciliation, billing
- Hardware Integration
ESC/POS thermal printing, terminal devices
What we build
One team, the whole AI stack.
From agent systems to deployed models — each capability ships with the observability, retries, and grounding the work actually needs.
Agents that recover, not just demo.
LangGraph and LangChain agents with structured tool use, planning loops, and durable state — built to retry, stay idempotent, and report exactly what they did.
- Structured tool use with typed schemas
- Planning loops with durable, resumable state
- Retries, idempotency, and full execution traces
- LangGraph
- OpenAI
- Anthropic
- Tool-use
- Durable state
From prototype to production
Accelerate the whole path to production.
The hard part of AI isn't the demo — it's everything after. Code lands in your repo and ships with the scaffolding to keep it running.
Code in your repo, ops included.
We deploy into your accounts — AWS, Vercel, Render — so you own the credentials and the bill. Every project ships with deploy scripts, observability hooks, and a runbook.
- Your repository, your cloud, your keys
- Deployment scripts and a written runbook
- Weekly demos, async updates in between
deploy · pipeline
- buildtyped, tested, reviewed
- shipdeployed to your accounts
- observetraces + metrics live
- rollbackone command, always ready
Observability built in
Traces, metrics, and structured logs from the first deploy — so you can see what the system did and why, not guess.
Retries & recovery
Idempotent operations, backoff, and graceful degradation. Built to survive the failures production actually throws.
Grounded by default
Answers cite their sources and models report confidence. No silent hallucinations landing in front of a user.
Multi-tenant from day one
Tenant isolation, role-based access, and audit trails are baseline — never retrofitted onto a prototype later.
Why XenithPulse
A different kind of AI engineering partner.
We ship our own SaaS
The team building your AI runs five products in production. We know what breaks at 2am — we're the ones paged.
same team operates it · 24/7
Senior-only delivery
Every line is written by an experienced engineer. No account managers, no handoffs, no juniors on your timeline.

Proof we ship
Software we run in production every day.
The same team that ships and operates these multi-tenant systems is the team you work with on AI.
How we engage
From first email to shipped work, in three steps.
- 0130 minutes · free
Discovery call
A conversation with the engineer who'd do the build. No deck.
- 024 hours · credited
Paid trial
A scoped deliverable, shipped — credited to your first invoice.
- 03Fixed-scope or retainer

Frequently asked
The questions we get most often.
Still have a question?
If it isn't here, the answer is almost certainly a short email away.
admin@xenithpulse.com01Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We work under NDA by default and treat client identity, sector, and deployment details as confidential. We never name clients in marketing, case studies, or conversation with prospects.
02Who owns the code?
You do. Work-for-hire is the default — all rights to the deliverables transfer on payment. We retain rights only to generic tooling and internal libraries that predate the engagement, which we license back to you perpetually and without cost.
03What time zones do you cover?
We work to a UTC+3 schedule and routinely run engagements with teams across Europe, the UK, the Americas, and Asia. Asynchronous-first; live calls are scheduled around your business hours.
04What does the 4-hour paid trial actually include?
A small, agreed deliverable that ships at the end of the four hours — not a discovery doc, not a slide deck. Common examples: a working RAG prototype against your documents, a single LangGraph agent wired to one of your tools, a vertical slice of an AI feature in your existing app.
05Do you take fixed-scope projects or only retainers?
Both. Fixed-scope works when the deliverable can be specified clearly upfront (prototype, audit, integration). Retainers work when the goal is ongoing capacity — we reserve a number of engineering days per week against a backlog you control.
06What about hosting, monitoring, and the production handoff?
Every project ships with deployment scripts, observability hooks, and a written runbook. We can run the system on our infrastructure during the trial; for production we deploy into your accounts (AWS, Vercel, Render, etc.) so you own the credentials and the bill from day one.
