Account Deletion · EOS Companion

Delete your account

This page lets you request permanent deletion of your EOS Companion (internal product name XP EOS Mobile) account and the associated data described in our Privacy Policy. You do not need to install the app to use this form.

Path A · From inside the app

Open the app and tap Settings → Delete account. The app generates a short-lived signed link that opens this page with your username already bound — the field will be locked and the deletion is cryptographically tied to your in-app session.

Path B · No app access

Lost your device, can't sign in, or never installed the app? Use the form below: enter your username and submit. Because EOS Companion does not collect an email address, we verify Path-B requests manually — see “How we verify Path B” below.

What happens after you submit

  1. Immediately: your account is deactivated, every refresh token is revoked, and you are signed out of every device. The app will refuse the next login attempt.
  2. Within 24 hours: push tokens are unregistered with APNs / FCM / Expo so you stop receiving notifications.
  3. 30-day grace window: your data is held in a deactivated state. You can cancel by emailing admin@xenithpulse.com from a channel your tenant administrator can confirm.
  4. Day 30: a hard purge job permanently removes the data classes listed below. After this point recovery is impossible.

What gets deleted (permanently, on day 30)

  • • Your registry user record (username, tenant binding, role, display name).
  • • Your hashed password (server-side; never on device).
  • • Every device record tied to your account, including push tokens and install IDs.
  • • Every refresh-token hash for your account.
  • • Personal preferences and notification records addressed to you.
  • • Your tenant ERP admin record is deactivated; final document removal is owned by the web ERP.

What is retained, and for how long

  • • Security audit-log entries referencing your username at the time of the action (IP, user-agent, event type) — kept up to 12 months for fraud / abuse investigations, then purged.
  • Bookings, quotations, financial records created within the tenant ERP belong to the tenant business, not to you personally, and are kept under that business’s retention policy.
  • Backups are encrypted and rotated on a 35-day cycle; deleted records age out of the last backup within that window.

Submit a deletion request

All requests require typing DELETE as a confirmation step — there is no one-click delete.

How we verify Path B (no-session) requests

EOS Companion is a B2B companion app — accounts are provisioned by your organisation’s tenant administrator, and we deliberately do not collect an email address (see Privacy Policy §1). Because of that, requests submitted through this page without an in-app signed link are placed in a manual-verification queue and confirmed by one of:

  • 1. Your tenant administrator confirming the request from their authenticated web ERP session, or
  • 2. A reply from a contact channel on file for your tenant business (the channel used to provision you), or
  • 3. Successfully signing in once more from any device after submission, which auto-promotes the request to a Path-A deletion.

Verification is completed within 5 business days. If we cannot confirm your identity we will email the tenant administrator and notify you via the channel you submit from. The 30-day grace clock starts only after verification succeeds.

Cancel a deletion within the 30-day grace

Email admin@xenithpulse.com with the subject line Cancel EOS Companion account deletion and your username. We will revert the account to active state and reply with confirmation. After day 30 cancellation is no longer possible — the data is gone.

Other ways to initiate deletion

  • In the mobile app: Settings → Delete account (Path A).
  • By email: admin@xenithpulse.com — include your username. Subject to the same Path-B verification.
  • Need help? Client Support can walk you through any of these paths.

Notice

This URL is the canonical web entry point for account deletion as required by Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1(v) and Google Play’s “User data deletion” policy. It is reachable without app installation, requires explicit confirmation, and executes the same deactivation pipeline as the in-app flow.
